Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Donations

Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to Aram Foundation Salem are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except under exceptional circumstances as described below.

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of accidental donations or errors in the amount donated, please contact us within 5 days aramfoundationsalem@gmail.com . We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, will issue a refund.

Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Event Registrations and Fees

Cancellations: If you have registered for a trust-organized event and wish to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 3 days before the event to be eligible for a refund.

Refund for Event Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline.

Refund Processing Time: If a refund is app Event Postponement or Cancellation by Us:roved, it will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Membership Fees

Cancellation of Membership: If you wish to cancel your membership with Aram Foundation Salem, please contact us at [insert contact email]. Membership fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Refunds for Membership Cancellation: If a membership fee refund is applicable, it will be processed based on the remaining period of membership or as per the specific terms agreed at the time of registration.

Merchandise or Products (if applicable)

Returns and Refunds: If you purchased any merchandise or products from Aram Foundation Salem, you may return them within 3 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at aramfoundationsalem@gmail.com . The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days from the approval date.

Refunds will be credited back to the original mehod of payment. If the original method is unavailable, alternative arrangements can be made in coordination with Aram Foundation Salem.
